No hay relación de subordinación. Eres un Asociado Estratégico con plena autonomía profesional. El acuerdo define los términos con precisión legal: ni socio, ni empleado, ni franquiciado.
There is no subordination relationship. You are a Strategic Associate with full professional autonomy. The agreement defines the terms with legal precision: neither partner, employee, nor franchisee.
El programa opera en dos niveles según el volumen y calidad de conexiones generadas. Las condiciones económicas de cada nivel están documentadas en el Acuerdo de Colaboración. Ambos ofrecen comisión recurrente desde el primer cliente.
The program operates at two levels depending on the volume and quality of connections generated. The economic conditions for each level are documented in the Collaboration Agreement. Both offer recurring commission from the first client.
Tu función no es cerrar contratos. Es abrir conversaciones con organizaciones que podrían beneficiarse del sistema y acompañar el proceso hasta que el equipo de ARC–IELP toma el proceso formal. El cierre comercial es responsabilidad del Titular.
Your function is not to close contracts. It's to open conversations with organizations that could benefit from the system and accompany the process until the ARC–IELP team takes over formally. Commercial closing is the Titleholder's responsibility.
El acuerdo incluye el NDA integrado, las condiciones económicas detalladas por nivel y el marco ético del sistema. Una vez aceptado, se te enviará una copia firmada digitalmente a tu correo.
The agreement includes the integrated NDA, detailed economic conditions by level, and the system's ethical framework. Once accepted, a digitally signed copy will be sent to your email.
El presente Acuerdo regula una relación de colaboración independiente. No constituye relación laboral, sociedad, asociación ni vínculo de subordinación de naturaleza alguna.
This Agreement regulates an independent collaboration relationship. It does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, association, or subordination of any nature.
ARC–IELP opera bajo principios de uso exclusivo de información agregada, prohibición de uso sancionatorio o punitivo, enfoque estructural y no personalizante, e integridad metodológica y narrativa. El Asociado Estratégico reconoce y acepta estos principios al firmar el presente instrumento.
ARC–IELP operates under principles of exclusive use of aggregated information, prohibition of sanctionary or punitive use, structural and non-personalizing approach, and methodological and narrative integrity. The Strategic Associate acknowledges and accepts these principles upon signing this instrument.
Toda comunicación relativa a ARC–IELP deberá apegarse a la versión oficial autorizada por EL TITULAR. Queda prohibida la alteración, reinterpretación o exageración de su alcance.
All communications regarding ARC–IELP must adhere to the official version authorized by THE TITLEHOLDER. Alteration, reinterpretation or exaggeration of its scope is prohibited.
